This task is based on why some men did and didn’t go to war. It was said that some men lied about their age just to have a fun “Adventure”.
All four words are based on war like things. I enjoyed doing this task because a learn’t three new words that never reached my ears or eyes.
Some of these questions were easy but the last one was difficult to answer. Other then that this was a fun mini task like the Vocab Task.
On our first day back in extension, we did a google Jamboard. This jamboard is based on fashion and society. We were all defined by the colour of the sticky notes. Orange was all of the prefects in the extension class while other coloured sticky notes were other people. There is a link below to another version of this.
Matter is everything that has weight and takes up space. Everything you see is made up of matter. Matter exists as solid liquid and gas.
This was a was our first maths task of the week and it was simple. It was a good refresher and a great fractions maths task.
My goal for this term is to be more efficient in class and with making koreros. I will do this by equalising time between the activites and koreros.
Dear Mr Weaver seems to have fallen asleep while writing his letter. Hopefully nothing “bad” has happened to the lad. That lady had some weird tasting tea, maybe it was so bad it gave poor Mr Weaver a headache. Who knows what will happen next.
This was a simple and easy task to do. It was a refreshing end to the fraction empire of the term. I enjoyed answering these questions.
This task was reasonable, as it helped me understand equivalent fractions. This was a great task to do.
